There are no accounts and no identity checks. Everything you post is your own responsibility. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not break the law in your jurisdiction or the operator’s.
Public boards are readable by everyone and are filtered by an automated word list; posts may be removed. Encrypted boards are zero-knowledge — the operator cannot read, search, or moderate them, because the content is encrypted in your browser with a key the server never receives. This does not exempt you from these rules; it means enforcement is impossible and responsibility is entirely yours. Do not use encrypted boards to store or share prohibited content.
No accounts, no email, no IP logging. Handles and timestamps are encrypted or coarsened. Because so little is retained, the operator usually has nothing to hand over and nothing to recover. Do not rely on the operator to retrieve or restore anything.
On public boards the operator may remove content or boards at their sole discretion, with or without notice. There is no appeals process and no guarantee of availability.
The forum is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The operator is not liable for user-generated content, for any loss of data, or for any damages arising from use of the forum. Content is created by users, not the operator; the operator does not endorse it and is not responsible for it. You agree to use the forum at your own risk and to indemnify the operator against claims arising from your posts.
