Acceptable use & terms

This site offers privacy and security tools — encrypted chat, file drop, paste, disposable email, a forum, and more. They are provided for lawful, legitimate use only. By using any of them you agree to these terms.

1. Lawful use only

Use the tools only for purposes that are legal where you are and where the operator is. You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, encrypt, send, or receive.

2. Prohibited

• Any unlawful content or activity, including content illegal to create, possess, or share.
• Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance.
• Malware, phishing, fraud, credential theft, or attacks on others or on this service.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or sharing others’ private data without consent.
• Spam, flooding, or abusing the tools to overload or evade limits.

3. Encryption means the operator can’t see your content

The chat, file drop, paste, and encrypted forum boards are zero-knowledge: your data is encrypted in your browser with a key the server never receives. The operator cannot read, decrypt, search, or moderate that content. This is a feature, but it also means the operator cannot police misuse and is not in a position to know what is stored. Responsibility for encrypted content rests entirely with the user who created it. Disposable email is not end-to-end encrypted (inbound mail arrives as plain text) and is receive-only.

4. Minimal data, no guarantees of retention

The service deliberately stores as little as possible: no accounts, no IP logging, encrypted or coarsened metadata, and automatic expiry (e.g. 24 hours for drops, pastes, and chat). Do not use it as durable storage. Data may be deleted or lost at any time, and the operator has no obligation or ability to recover it.

5. No warranty

Everything is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — to the maximum extent permitted by law. No guarantee of availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including loss of data, loss of privacy, or damages arising from user-generated content. User content is created by users, not the operator, who does not endorse and is not responsible for it. You use the service at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

8. Termination & changes

The operator may remove content, restrict access, or discontinue any tool at any time, at sole discretion, without notice. These terms may change at any time; continued use is acceptance.
